At Bayyinah Arts, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your art. We understand that sometimes you might wish for a different piece, and we’re happy to offer a flexible exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
You have a full year from your purchase date to exchange your artwork for a new piece of your choice. We believe in making this process as smooth as possible, so there are no extra charges for the exchange itself. The only cost to you will be for the delivery of your new artwork.
To be eligible for an exchange, the existing piece of art must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. If the artwork is damaged, we unfortunately won’t be able to process the exchange.
We pour our hearts into creating customized paintings, especially those with personal touches like your name or special details. Because these pieces are uniquely made just for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
